  2. The second option could be to quick-sale the lots for $2,000,000/block. Comps for area show that land with waterfront or water view is $300K/lot.
  3. A third option is to hold the block and bulk sale the lots for $2,275,000 to a regional/national builder as the  market improves.
  4. Fourth option could be to build and sell spec, or contract, homes on the lots for approximately $5,000,000 million. Comps for the area show that waterfront or water view homes sell between $700k and $1.1MM/unit.
