Ellis Point Management Agreement

E-Point, LLC will be responsible for the following Ellis Point management items:
(partial listing)

  • Manage and conduct, legal and contractual requirements to facilitate the transaction.
  • Furnish and professionally decorate the sales model at lot #45, for the benefit of all owners/sellers, builders and agents, to be made available through at least 2010.
  • Provide professionally produced site maps, plat maps, site pictures, lot view pictures, house renderings and other informational material. 
  • Provide Centex licensed building plans for each lot, as requested.
  • Provide professionally designed general marketing materials, consistent with the quality of the national builder marketing materials.
  • Upgrade, install and maintain all lot, entry and misc. signage.
  • Coordinate all HOA transition issues, and oversee the eventual transition to a homeowner run HOA.
  • Supply pictures, from each lot, at a 20’ elevation, looking both east and west.
  • Construct and install lot “view” stands on selected lots throughout the site.
  • Ensure accessibility to buyers by maintaining an office on site.
  • Donate $2,500, per year, for 3-5 years, to local charities in the name of the community for the purpose of promoting good will for all Ellis Point owners.
